Q: When will my order ship?

All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 3-4 business days, sometimes even the same or next day! 

Q: How long does shipping take?

Shipping all depends the country! We are based in Toronto, ON so domestic orders take about 1-4 business days in transit. International orders can take anywhere from 4-8 business days.

Q: What happens if I never receive my parcel?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost mail. Please ensure that when checking out all details and spelling is correct in shipping address. If there are issues with the parcels you will need to contact the shipping carrier and open a case. Please still feel comfortable to reach out to us with your order number to see what we can help with! If your parcel is sent back to us, we will reach out to you!

Q: Do you take returns?

Crystals by Sab is a small business based in Canada so unfortunately due to high shipping costs we do not offer returns. 

Q: My order arrived broken/ it's been awhile and something broke. 

Please fill a claim out below and email us any relevant pictures as proof. Without proof we can not guarantee that we will replace or compensate for the item. If it has been over 8 months of order date, we can not guarantee item replacement.
